The RD-INFRA-2022.12.22 release adds support for the RD-N2-Cfg3 platform which is a variant of the RD-N2 platform. In addition to this, platform software for existing RD-N2, RD-N2-Cfg1, RD-N2-Cfg2 and RD-V2 is also refreshed. There are few new features included in the release. MPAM-resctrl is a feature by which Arm's MPAM memory system components (MSCs) could configured by the existing resctrl framework. resctrl provides a filesystem view of the MPAM MSCs present in the system. Generic filesystem commands can be used to query capabilities of all the MSCs, as well as modify resource control features of the MSCs that could be changed. Signed-off-by:

Remove the manual steps mentioned in the linuxboot documentation to launch the stage-1 linuxboot kernel as UEFI shell from UEFI menu. These steps are no longer required since the stage-1 linuxboot kernel will be launched automatically by the Linuxboot Boot Manager library as a UEFI application. Signed-off-by:
