arm-image/wks: corstone1000: increase secure encalve bl2 size in wks

Secure encalve Bl2 size in wks file is now increased from 64KB to
100KB. The size of Bl2 is increased due to secure debug and flash
driver integration. Respectively, TF-M size is reduced to create
space for BL2.
