The test scripts under sgi/ directory will be used by other platforms
as well. To allow access to sgi_common_util.sh from test scripts when
tests are invoked from platforms other than sgi/, update the path to
the sgi_common_util.sh script in each of the supported tests.

SGI-Clark.Ares uses a TF-A firmware to boot the application cores. So
TF-A tests can be used on this platform to validate the port of TF-A on
this platform. So allow the usability of this script on SGI-Clark.Ares
platform.

Add support for a command line option to specify a absolute path of the
luv-live image to be tested with. This is useful when executing ACS tests
with a pre-built version of the luv-live ACS image. To specify the
pre-built image, use the command line option "-v" and specify the
absolute path of the luv-live image as its parameter.

On SGI platforms, the simple boot test uses busybox as the filesystem and
there is no other file system supported for simple boot test. So instead
of naming the boot test script as "busybox_boot.sh", name it as "boot.sh"

Add a run script for the kvm feature validation. This boots the
distribution image that has the kernel for SGI platforms. After
booting upto the shell prompt, the lkvm tool which is available
in the root file system can be used to launch the virtual
machines.

The 'check_boot_complete' function is renamed as 'parse_log_file'
and modified to make it usable by multiple test scripts. It now
accepts three parameters - log file name, search string and
timeout value.

It waits until the search string is found in the log file or the
timeout occurs. It returns '0' on success and '-1' on failure.

Allow to execute a fastmodel without an x11 support. For this, no
telnet sessions are logged onto for any of the serial connections.
This avoids a buffer filling up and blocking the model execution.

Create a NOR2 flash image and let model know about the location
of the NOR2 flash image. On SGI platforms, the nor2 flash image
is used as a secure storage of EFI variables.

Set Virtio.Net as default network interface. The SMSC network controller
is disabled by using the model parameters. To enable SMSC network
interface, use the -smscnet parameter in the run-model script, in which
case, the virtio.net interface is disabled.
