This commit performs the follows:
- Change PTP test suite dependency so that PTP tests are run for
Frequency 'adhoc', 'nightly' or 'weekly'.
- Run 'test_ptp_linux_services' on domains 'Dom0', 'DomU1' and 'DomU2'
- Limit 'test_ptp_si_clients' to run only on Dom0.
