Move across all Safety Island related configuration from
meta-arm-auto-solutions to meta-arm-safety-island, including:
 * The zephyr-arm-safety-island bbclass
 * All Zephyr recipes and configuration files
 * The HIPC Linux drivers for communication with the Safety Island.
 * Test cases that only reference SI console(s)
 * The common .inc files for the Actuation and CAM demos.

Fully qualify all references to the Actuation and CAM .inc files.
