Runner can redirect stdout and stderr to files
Function in the subprocess library commonly accept stdout and stderr arguments as a way to redirect the output of the process to a file like object.
We should implement stdout and stderr parameters in the Runner.run method. This should work similar to how it does with subprocess, where the output will be redirected to the file given. If None is given then sys.stdout , sys.stderr will be written to. This would also allow the user to suppress output by sending to a dummy file.
