Remove linux-yocto bbappend

You can't know what kernel the user of this layer will be using, and the golden rule of layers is that simply adding them doesn't actually change anything.

The best practise would be to just document what kernel configuration is expected, and ensure that the BSPs this is being used with select the right options.
