arm64: fpsimd-sve: Fix erroneous references to SVE in fpsimd-test

fpsimd-test.S was written using sve-test.S as a template, so it
inherited a lot of comments that talk about SVE.

These make no sense here.

Fix them to refer to FPSIMD instead.

No functional change.
