MLBEDSW-9862: Implement updated 2Gb file handling

Changes 2Gb file handling from a two-pass approach to a single-pass approach with filesize estimation.

  • Additional improvements to massively reduce hash-times for large buffers. Needed for handling large files in a reasonable timeframe.
