Update the target version of the Actuation Demo repository and track the
version of its ROS packages that have been updated with the v2.0
release.

The functional changes to the Actuation Demo since the last targeted
version are unrelated to the Kronos deployment. This update simply
tracks the latest from the Actuation Demo.
