1. In rdkronos platform, we use SAFETY_ISLAND_Cx_RECIPE to define
   the recipe name for Safety Island application provider, so do
   the same in fvp-rd-kronos-extras.inc.
2. We don't care the MPID of CPU core, so use regular expression
   to bypass that.
