MLECO-6672: Add support for Llama 3.2 model

  • new configuration file to show how Llama 3.2 model can be used
  • download the model as part of requirements
  • add new configuration in CMake to be tested
  • update for JNI unit tests
  • documentation updates for supported models and macOS build instructions
