Wider instruction compatbility

Emil Ohlsson requested to merge emil/invalid-instructions-first into main

This change updates several micro-kernels to have wider compatibility with compilers. Some compilers doesn't recognize certain instructions, and this change makes additional instructions hard coded due to this.

In addition, there are alignment changes related to updating the kernels that comes bundled.
