Use a global test seed for all unit tests

  • Create a main() function that can be linked to by the individual and monolithic test binaries.

  • Provide an inline helper function to request the global test seed.

  • Update all unit tests to use the new global test seed.

  • Add a listener that prints the test seed at end of every test program run.
