Add proof-of-concept for MCTP over I3C on AST1030 and AST2600 EVK. Using OpenBMC Linux MCTP framework with MCTP I3C transport driver on AST2600 EVK as MCTP bus owner and using OpenBIC firmware on AST1030 as MCTP endpoint. In this proof-of-concept, the BMC serves as the I3C primary controller, while AST1030 as the Satellite Management Controller (SatMC) serves as the I3C target. The I3C link runs in SDR mode at 12.5 Mbps. Signed-off-by:
