SBSA-QEMU: Various fixes in build scripts

QEMU VGA workaround is hacky af, is there a better solution? Also, I may have simply skill issued when installing QEMU (I used apt install qemu-system-aarch64), not sure if the manual installation described in the docs has the same issue.
