benchmark: Reimplement syscall benchmarks

Reimplement syscall micro benchmarks to capture p99 and p99.9 latency values. Because we are capturing the results slightly differently, the mean is not compatible with old results, so rename the resultclass to prevent fastpath from trying to compare.
