This is a copy of the platform support for Pixel3 with the exception that the kernel image Image.lz4-dtb is copied from $KERNEL_PATH rather than $ARTIFACTS_PATH. This embodies one of the small differences of the build processes of Pixel3 and Pixel4 we have to work around here.
