ci(sl): Remove redundant "dependencies" field

Currently the serialization tests in CI sometimes fail due to the build artifacts not being found. According to the documentation of "needs" (https://docs.gitlab.com/ci/yaml/#needs): "You should not combine needs with dependencies in the same job.". It's possible that not following guidance could lead to surprising effects. Therefore, in an attempt to make the CI less flaky, this commit removes the "dependencies" field.
